2026 Craft or Services Vendors
HOG DAY 2026 RULES
Hog Day will take place:
September 18th from 6pm-10pm
September 19th from 10am-6pm
- Bring your own canopy, tables, chairs, and lights. Hog Day will provide lighting for common areas only; lighting your products is your responsibility, so consider battery-powered lights.
- Load-in is scheduled for Friday, September 18th, starting at 12 PM. You can also set up on Thursday evening from 4pm-8pm if you wish to get ahead of things but only craft vendors can set up at this time. You will receive an assigned time to load in and it is important that ALL vendors arrive on time, as we have a tight schedule and limited space. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
- Staff will be present overnight Friday. While I recommend storing items in totes under tables, your belongings will be safe if you choose to pack them up.
- All vendors must attend both Friday evening and Saturday for approval.
- No smoking, including vaping, is permitted on-site.
- All payments are non-refundable. If you decide not to attend, your payment will not be refunded. Please ensure you can participate, as this is a rain-or-shine event.
- Vendor spaces must have an attendant present at all times.
- Once your vendor spot is paid for, you will receive a vendor packet containing:
- A welcome letter and festival information
- A detailed park map with directions
- Vendor parking passes (please park in the designated vendor lot to avoid delays)
- Load-in schedule - Spot preferences will not be accommodated. The vendor coordinator will create a vendor map and send it out a few days before the event. Vendor spots for similar items are limited; we aim to provide variety and will not accept more than two vendors of the same type (e.g., two candle vendors).
- You are only allowed to have merchandise, signs and things that belong to your business in your rented area. All walkways and isles are to remain clear of tents, chairs and signs
- Please remember that it is your responsibility to secure the necessary permits by the required dates. The Orange County Health Department can assist with any questions. They will turn away vendors without proper permits.
- Our face painter for Hog Day 2026 has already been selected and has reserved rights for the entire event. No other face painter will be permitted.
- Lastly, let’s keep this a community event! Be mindful of your language and attitude to ensure everyone enjoys themselves.
